Before You Commission Me:⦁ Please read my Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all stated terms.⦁ Your payment or order submission constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. Any request that violates these terms will be canceled immediately.⦁ Violations of these terms will result in a warning. Depending on the severity, consequences may also include being blocked, banned from future commissions, immediate cancellation of your order without a refund, and revocation of any reserved slots.

Forms and Methods of Payment

Payment Policy⦁ Payment is required in full and in advance.⦁ All prices are fixed. Please do not attempt to negotiate.⦁ Payment Method: Payment is accepted exclusively in USD via PayPal Invoice, which I will send to you. The invoice must be paid in full to secure your commission slot.⦁ Payment Deadline: You must be prepared to pay within 24 hours of invoice receipt. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your reserved slot.⦁ Surcharges & Pricing:
- A 40% surcharge applies to private commissions (not posted to my public galleries).- All quoted prices are base rates and may increase due to complexity. This includes, but is not limited to: macros, hyper-anatomy, characters with multiple limbs/heads, and detailed armor.⦁ Commission Scope: Requests outside my core specialties (e.g., mecha, highly detailed backgrounds, complex perspective) may be subject to additional fees or may be declined at my discretion.⦁ Work will commence only after the invoice has been paid in full.⦁ Refund Policy: All sales are final. I do not offer refunds once payment has been received.

Work Process & Delivery

⦁ No Deadlines: I do not accept or work with client-imposed deadlines.⦁ Workflow Communication: You will be notified with a sketch (WIP) once I begin your commission.⦁ Revisions During Sketch Phase: A maximum of three (3) revisions per character or key element are permitted at the sketch stage. This ensures the project remains on track.⦁ Estimated Completion Time: The completion time for a commission is typically 2 to 3 months, though often finished sooner. I appreciate your patience and ask that you avoid frequent inquiries about the delivery status.

Terms of Use & Copyright

⦁ Credit: You must visibly credit me, "thonydog", as the artist when posting the commissioned artwork on any platform or network.⦁ Prohibited Uses: You may not claim my artwork as your own, nor may you trace, copy, modify, or create derivatives from it without my explicit prior consent.⦁ Non-Commercial License: Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell the artwork for monetary gain or use it for commercial purposes without first discussing a commercial license with me.⦁ NFT Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from using my artwork in connection with any NFT (Non-Fungible Token) projects. Any violation will result in a permanent ban from my services.⦁ Signature: My signature is a permanent part of the artwork. Do not request its removal, as such requests will be denied. Removing or obscuring the signature yourself is a violation of these terms.⦁ Rights Ownership:
- As the Artist, I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork. This includes the right to display, reproduce, and use it for self-promotion in my portfolios, galleries, and social media.- As the Client, you retain the rights to your original character(s) depicted in the artwork.- Once I publish the image on my public platforms, it will be accessible for public viewing.⦁ These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
